Lucknow, 1 March. The dead body was found in a biryani shop in Bakshi Ka Talab area of Lucknow, the capital of UP. It is being told that the shop was closed for 4 days. When the shop owner came on Sunday, he found the dead body in the freezer. Seeing the dead body the shop owner informed the police. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and started investigation. Initially no information was revealed about the dead body. However, later an Aadhar card was found along with the body, through which the youth was identified as a person named Vijay Pal.
The matter is near GCRG gate of Bakshi Ka Talab police station area. The dead body of a young man was found in the deep freezer of a veg biryani shop in front of the college gate. This created a stir in the area. The shop was closed for the last 3-4 days due to the death of the owner’s father. When the shop owner opened the shop on Sunday morning, he was shocked to see the dead body as soon as he opened the freezer and immediately informed the police. The police took out the body and took it into custody. Has been sent for postmortem.
The deceased has been identified as Vijay Pal (aged around 35-38 years). He was son of Dalai, resident of Kishunpur (BKT police station area). Aadhar card was found in his pocket, which led to identification, and family members also reached the spot. No injury marks were found on the body. The freezer connection was disconnected. The cause of death is not yet clear. Police are investigating how the body reached the freezer, whether it was murder or some other reason (like heart attack or others). At present it seems to be a murder mystery case, but the postmortem report is awaited.
