Desk: T20 World Cup 2026 has now reached its final stage. After four weeks of exciting cricket, the last four teams have been decided. Defending champions India, South Africa, England and New Zealand are now left in the race for the trophy. Now all knockout matches will be played in India. The first semi-final will be between South Africa and New Zealand. Then the teams of India and England will clash in the second semi-final. The winning teams of these two matches will meet in the final.
Reserve day has been kept in both the semi-finals. ICC has made these rules keeping the weather in mind. However, every effort will be made to complete the match on the scheduled day, if necessary the overs may be reduced. ICC has given extra time to complete the match, so that the use of reserve day is minimized. Extra time will be 90 minutes on scheduled days and 120 minutes on reserved days. However, for the result both the teams will have to bat at least 10 overs. If the match goes on the reserve day, the play will resume from the same position as it was on the first day.
Let us tell you, both these semi-final matches will be played from 7 pm Indian time. But if the match goes on reserve day then the timing will be changed. Actually, on the reserve day the match will start from 3 pm itself.
