Ingredients for Vegetable Rava Upma Recipe
One cup semolina, 1 chopped onion, 1 inch chopped ginger, 2 chopped green chillies, 4-5 chopped curry leaves, 1 chopped carrot, 12 chopped beans, 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon urad dal, asafoetida, oil for cooking, 3 teaspoon ghee, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, half teaspoon sugar, as per taste.
Vegetable Rava Upma Recipe
First of all, put carrots, beans and 2 spoons of water in a pressure cooker, close the lid and cook for 1 whistle. After this, turn off the gas and open the cooker and drain out the water.
Take a pan and add salt and sugar in 3 cups of water and mix well.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. After it becomes hot, add mustard, half urad chal and fry it well.
After this, add onion, ginger, asafoetida, curry leaves and green chillies and fry.
Now add rava to it and fry it. Until it turns light brown.
Now add hot water to it so that it cooks easily. Lower the gas. Along with this, close the lid. So that one can easily become one with the Father.
Let it cook for at least 10 minutes. Now add ghee, cooked vegetables, lemon juice and all the ingredients and mix well.
