DSSSB Recruitment 2026: Applications have been invited for recruitment to administrative, technical and legal posts in various government departments in Delhi. This recruitment is being done through Delhi Subordinate Service Selection Board, in which candidates holding 10th pass, ITI, graduate and professional degree can apply. The age limit has been fixed as per the post and selection will be based on Tier-1 and Tier-2 written examination. The objective of this recruitment is to give opportunities to eligible candidates in government service and to fill the vacant posts in the departments.

Recruitment for which posts and what is the qualification

Various administrative, technical and legal posts will be filled under DSSSB Recruitment 2026. For posts like Book Binder, ITI qualification is sought, while for Junior Lab Assistant, 12th or graduation is mandatory. Degree in law is required for Junior Law Officer and graduate degree is required for Patwari and Reporter.

For technical posts, BE or B.Tech degree in the relevant subject is sought. In this way, candidates with different educational backgrounds have been given opportunity in the recruitment drive, due to which a large number of candidates will be able to apply.

Age limit, selection process and salary

The minimum age of the candidates has been fixed between 18 to 21 years, while the maximum age can be between 30 to 35 years. This limit has been determined differently according to the post. Reserved categories will get age relaxation as per government rules.

The selection process will be based on written examination, which may include Tier-1 and Tier-2 examination. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary ranging from Rs 18,000 to Rs 1,42,400 depending on the post. This pay scale will be given along with other allowances as per government service.

Application fee and method of filling the form

The application fee for General, OBC and EWS category candidates has been fixed at Rs 100. SC, ST and physically handicapped candidates are exempted from fee and application is free for them.

To apply, candidates must first register online. After this, you will have to fill the required information and upload photo and signature. After depositing the fees, it is important to keep the printout of the form safe, so that it can be used in future if needed.
