The key is to cleanse gently, restore moisture strategically and avoid further stress on your strands. Here’s a clear, step-by-step recovery plan to help your hair bounce back.

Step 1 – Rinse The Right Way

Before you reach for shampoo, spend a few minutes rinsing your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. This helps remove loose colour particles and surface residue. Avoid hot water.
