Global star Priyanka Chopra Jonas continues to make her mark on the international stage with her acting projects and public appearances. The actor, who was recently seen in The Bluff, is now set to present an award at the prestigious Academy Awards 2026. Priyanka’s presence at the ceremony comes shortly after she turned heads on the red carpet at the Golden Globe Awards. At the upcoming Oscars 2026, she will join several global stars, including Robert Downey Jr., Anne Hathaway and Paul Mescal, who are also scheduled to present awards.

When and where to watch Oscars 2026 in India?

The 98th edition of the Academy Awards will take place on March 15, 2026, at the iconic Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California. Because of the time difference, viewers in India will be able to watch the ceremony in the early hours of March 16, with the broadcast starting at 4:30 AM IST. The live telecast will begin with the glamorous red carpet arrivals, followed by the main awards ceremony.

Indian audiences can watch the Oscars live through the streaming platform JioHotstar. The event will also be broadcast on television via Star Movies at the same time.

Priyanka’s appearance at the Oscars comes soon after her presence at the Golden Globes earlier this year. At the ceremony, she presented an award alongside K-pop star Lisa, who recently made her acting debut in the popular series The White Lotus. Their appearance together created a buzz online and highlighted Priyanka’s continuing influence in international entertainment circles.



The Oscars ceremony this year will feature a long list of presenters from across the film industry.
