A throwback video of the speech of a father-in-law during a wedding reception is making rounds on social media, and it is too thought-provoking to be missed. In the video, the father-in-law welcomes the bride to the family and reassures her that she will be protected by the whole family.







"Supriya, welcome to the family. Last night, something beautiful happened; she called us all to the room, and we discussed the wedding plan. We, both the father and mother, walked the bride down the aisle, and it was so special. Dear, you will be protected and loved forever by the Bangas, I promise you," the father-in-law says in the video.







Interestingly, the video has resurfaced online as the then-bride, Supriya, has reshared it on the birthday of her dear father-in-law. Along with the video, she also shared a special birthday wish.







"They say daughter-in-law takes time to adjust; with you, I never had to. Your support, your humor, and your patience make this house feel like a safe space. Happy Birthday, Dad. I hope I can give even a fraction of the love you give so effortlessly," she wrote, as a wish for her father-in-law.
