Collective Artists Network has announced a new leadership structure for its talent management division. The company is looking to build on its core business while also moving into new areas of content and production. Founder and Group CEO Vijay Subramaniam will stay involved in artist strategy and key relationships, with Janahavi Rawal continuing as Partner and Head of Talent.

Three senior talent agents have been given bigger roles as part of this change. Fiona D’Souza, Jinal Jhaveri, and Arjun Banerjee will now take on expanded leadership responsibilities within the talent management division. All three have spent several years at the company working directly with artists across films, digital platforms, and brand partnerships. They have been part of some of the most important artist relationships at Collective and know the business well.

The decision to elevate the three internally says a lot about how Collective likes to operate. Rather than bringing in outside names, the company has chosen to back people who already understand its artists, its culture, and the way it works. That continuity matters, especially in a business where trust between an agent and an artist takes years to build.

With Fiona, Jinal, and Arjun stepping into these roles, the day-to-day focus will remain on managing artist careers with a long-term view, growing partnerships, and adapting to a media industry that keeps changing. The revamped structure is designed to clarify responsibilities within the division. This way, every segment of the business receives the focus it requires.

Subramaniam spoke about what this change means for the company. “Talent management has been the foundation on which Collective was built, and that philosophy continues to guide how we grow,” he said. “It is important that the people leading this business have both deep context and long-term convictions. This structure allows us to stay tightly aligned while giving each area the leadership it deserves.”

Rawal added that the talent business has always been driven by strong relationships and a genuine interest in where artists want to go. “Fiona, Jinal, and Arjun have each played an important role in shaping the careers of the artists we represent,” she said. “This phase is about empowering our senior agents further while building the right support systems around them.”

For Collective, this is less about making a big change and more about making sure the right people are in the right positions. The company has spent years building a reputation around how it looks after its artists, and this move is very much in keeping with that. As the business grows and takes on new work in content and production, having trusted, experienced leaders at the front of the talent division gives it a steady base to grow from.
