An important issue related to mobile users was raised in Rajya Sabha. Raghav Chadha, while questioning the government on the problem of blocking incoming calls, said that this is causing serious trouble to the common consumers. He asked why accountability is not being fixed for the problems being faced in telecom services and when will the mobile users get relief. This issue is directly related to millions of consumers who depend on communication services on a daily basis.
