Luke Littler celebrated a huge four-figure win on day two of the Cheltenham Festival. 'The Nuke' returned to the iconic racecourse for more, after he was spotted enjoying his time alongside girlfriend Faith Millar and darts rivals Luke Humphries and Nathan Aspinall on Tuesday.

And Littler, 19, was victorious on the first race of the second day, raking in a whopping £2,500. He posted an upload from Instagram to his story, having backed 9/1 winner King Rasko Grey in the Turners Novices' Hurde. The two-time world champion placed £250 on the race and got £2,500 back in the process, after King Rasko Grey pipped Act Of Innocence (10/1), Zeus Power (50/1) and Soldier Reeves (150/1) across the finish line.

Online tipster Pro Sports Advice (Robert Heneghan), meanwhile, had even bigger winning standing next to Littler, landing a gigantic £50,000 after putting £5,000 on the line. But both bets came in as Littler was seen clapping and roaring from the stands. As King Rasko Grey crossed the line, Littler hugged those around him, while Pro Sports Advice leapt with excitement.

Littler's win came after Humphries followed the Heneghan's avdice, claiming £3,250 from the first race of the opening day at Cheltenham, having put a £1,000 on 9/4 favourite Old Park Star in the Sky Bet Supreme Novices' Hurdle. 'Cool Hand', who was spotted celebrating alongside Littler, donated his winnings to charity, however.

Littler and Humphries top the PDC Order of Merit right now with more than £4million in prize money between them. And it was 'the Nuke' who claimed the top reward after banking £120,000 for winning the UK Open on Sunday.

The 2007-born superstar beat Damon Heta, Kevin Doets, Gary Anderson, Danny Noppert, Josh Rock and James Wade en route to winning the Minehead tournament for a second successive year. It came three days after Littler won his first Premier League night of the season in Cardiff. 'The Nuke' has appeared to hit some red-hot form having won his last nine matches and he is looking to continue that heading into Thursday's Premier League meeting in Nottingham.

"I had a little dry spell, but I think I can say I'm back," Littler said. "The form hasn't gone my way in the Premier League, so to win in Cardiff meant a lot.

"I don't think many people expected me to win in the Premier League on Thursday, and I don't think many people expected me to come to the UK Open and win.

"I played well in patches, missed a lot of doubles, but if I can win major titles not playing my best, what can I do playing my best?" Littler is due to go up against Gerwyn Price in his Premier League quarter-final tie on Thursday.
