Xbox Mode pulls together your gaming libraries

Xbox Mode lets you browse and launch games from your Xbox app/library and supported PC storefronts (for example, Game Pass, Steam, and Epic) directly from its interface and switch between desktops with a tap of Task View or the Windows-Tab shortcut.
You can even access the Game Bar without leaving your current session. It's all about making gaming on Windows feel more seamless.

Microsoft also dropped tools for game developers

Microsoft also dropped some handy tools for game developers: Advanced Shader Delivery (to cut down on first-run stutter), upgrades to DirectStorage (for faster asset loading), and new PIX tools that make debugging graphics issues simpler.
These updates are aimed at making both playing and creating games on Windows a lot smoother.

Project Helix is in the works

Looking ahead, Microsoft teased Project Helix—Microsoft did not provide a timeline for developer alpha/devkits and the hardware uses a custom AMD design.
It'll support four generations of Xbox titles plus PC games, promising big leaps in ray tracing and AI-powered graphics.
