In a heartbreaking incident in Sanavad, Khargone, a mother has taken the lives of her three young children, aged 4 years, 2 years, and just 15 days, by throwing them into a well. The mother also jumped in but managed to swim back to safety. Her husband has denied any disputes prior to the incident, while police are investigating the motives behind this tragic act.

This distressing event occurred between the villages of Malgaon and Bhomwada. Initial reports indicate that the accused, identified as Nani Bai, first threw her two-year-old son Arjun and four-year-old son Karan into the well. She then jumped in with her newborn, who was only 15 days old, cradled in her arms.

Mother's Swimming Skills and the Children's Fate

According to police, Nani Bai was capable of swimming. After falling into the well, she managed to climb out using a rope and ladder, but tragically, her three children drowned in the water. Upon receiving the news, the Sanavad police arrived at the scene and retrieved the bodies from the well.

No Signs of Conflict

The woman's husband, Kalu, along with his family, had come from Piplaud in Khandwa district to work in the wheat fields. He stated that he left for work at 7 AM on Wednesday and had not argued with his wife. They were living in a temporary shelter near the fields.
