The latest episode of ‘ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai ’ starts with Aryan returning home and meeting Armaan for the first time. The two joke about their life, and Armaan asks if Aryan is in love. Aryan cheekily admits that he is and needs Armaan's help introducing Disha to the entire family.



The Poddar family meets Aryan after a very long timeAs Aryan returns home for the first time in years, Manisha becomes visibly emotional seeing her son. He talks with all his family members, then mentions he has a girlfriend he wishes to introduce to everyone.



The family asks him to introduce her, so he calls a fake girlfriend to present to them. They all comment about her, and later tell Aryan that he should not be with that girl. Manisha tells him that he can be with anyone else but her. Later, Aryan and Armaan reveal they planned the fake girlfriend drama to distract the family and help Aryan introduce Disha.



Aryan also meets Abhira and calls her bhabi. While Abhira tells him that he can use her name now since she and Armaan are no longer together, he tells her that for him she will always be his sister-in-law.



Aryan also meets Maira, who gets excited to hear he has a girlfriend he plans on marrying. Armaan asks Maira about Mukti and her mother, asking if she will come. Maira tells him that she is not sure, and asks why he wishes to meet her. Armaan tells Maira he wants to personally thank her for everything she did regarding the fight between Maira and Mukti.



Mukti requests Abhira to meet Maira’s fatherIn the hostel room, Abhira and Mukti meet, and Mukti tries to convince her mother to meet Maira’s father. Mukti continues to ask, but Abhira repeatedly dodges the question. Mukti then says that no matter what, one day Abhira will meet Maira and her father, leaving Abhira shocked about the past.



Later, Abhira quickly leaves the hostel before Armaan can find her. He later comes across Mukti, who tells him that his mother has already left. Armaan wonders about who Mukti’s mother is, while Maira and Mukti discuss how their parents are lonely and need partners.



The episode ends as Armaan spots Abhira in the middle of the road at night, trying to find an auto. He worries about her and wonders whether he should help her.
