Notably, Hardik is one of only five players with 100-plus sixes (121) for MI in the IPL.

He also owns 67 wickets with the best match haul of 5/36.

In his two seasons at GT, Hardik scored 833 runs in 30 innings with an average of 37.86. His strike rate read 133.49 (6 half-centuries). The all-rounder also claimed 11 wickets. He didn't bowl much for GT due to his recurring back injuries.

Fact

Hardik's only IPL fifer (5/36) came against Lucknow Super Giants last season. According to Cricbuzz, he became the first-ever IPL captain to claim a fifer. Overall, he was the sixth bowler to do this for MI.
