Bundi raita is extremely tasty and full of nutrition. To prepare this, first put curd in a big bowl and beat it well. If the curd is too thick then add a little water to it to make it smooth and creamy. Keep in mind that there should not be any lumps in the curd, because raita tastes good only when the curd is well beaten.
Now add boondi to the whipped curd and mix gently. If you like soft boondi, then first soak the boondi in lukewarm water for 1-2 minutes, squeeze it and then add it to the curd. This makes raita more tasty and soft.
Now add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt and black salt to the raita. After this, add finely chopped green chillies and green coriander and mix everything well. The aroma of spices and the coolness of curd together makes raita even more delicious.
