Mumbai: Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan has made a place in the headlines. Sara, daughter of actor Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh, is known for her religious tendencies. From temple to mosque, Sara goes everywhere and prays. However, now something has happened to him which no one had imagined.
Sara will have to give proof of being Sanatani
Chardham Yatra of Uttarakhand is starting from 19th April. Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee (BKTC) is busy in preparations regarding this. In such a situation, a strange statement by the BKTC President is attracting everyone’s attention on social media. On March 17, BKTC President Hemant Dwivedi held a press conference regarding the preparations for the Chardham Yatra. Journalists questioned him on barring non-Sanatanis here.
He replied that all Sanatanis are welcome, but non-Sanatanis and non-Hindus will not be allowed to enter the temple premises. Whoever believes in Sanatan Dharma is Sanatani. He further mentioned Sara Ali Khan and said that the actress will have to give an affidavit to enter the temple that she is Sanatani. Only after this they will be allowed to enter. Hemant said, ‘Sara Ali Khan will also say that I have faith in Sanatan Dharma, I have feelings and if she gives us an affidavit, we will get her darshan too.’
Sara Ali Khan had visited Chardham Yatra last year. He shared many of its photos and videos on his Instagram account. When asked about Sara Ali Khan’s Chardham Yatra, the BKTC President said the affidavit. On the auspicious occasion of Akshaya Tritiya on 19th April, the doors of Gangotri and Yamunotri Dham will be opened. After this, the doors of Kedarnath will open on 22nd April and then Badrinath Dham on 23rd April.
Badrinath Kedarnath Committee had organized a press conference regarding the preparations for Chardham in Dehradun. In this, Hemant Dwivedi also told that preparations for the upcoming Chardham Yatra are going on at a fast pace. Till now more than 6 lakh devotees have registered. A budget of more than Rs 121 crore has been passed to make travel safe and easy. Also, a proposal to ban the entry of non-Sanatanis has been sent to the government. Instructions have also been given to further strengthen the arrangements in the Dhams.
