Pomegranate contains iron, calcium and antioxidants. It not only increases blood but also removes weakness from the body. Eating pomegranate or drinking juice on an empty stomach in the morning is very beneficial.


4. Jaggery:


Jaggery is a natural source of iron. It is considered very beneficial especially for women. Eating it with gram or sesame increases the blood in the body rapidly.


5. Pulses and Beans:


Pulses like lentils, moong and kidney beans are rich in iron and protein. With regular consumption, the body gets the necessary nutrition and anemia gradually goes away.


Keep these important things in mind


To increase blood, not only iron but also Vitamin C is necessary, because it helps in the absorption of iron. Therefore, include things like orange, lemon and amla in your diet.
