A horrifying incident has come to light from Ahilyanagar district in Maharashtra. Panic spread in the area due to the acid attack on a class 6 student in Vadgaon Pan area of ​​Sangamner tehsil of the district. The student was returning from school when an unknown youth threw acid on her face and ran away. After the incident, police and administration have come into action.


Actually, the student studying in Vadgaon Paan School was returning home after finishing school as usual in the morning. Meanwhile, suddenly an unknown young man came to him on the way and without any conversation threw acid directly on his face.


After the attack, the girl started screaming in pain, due to which people nearby reached the spot. Taking advantage of the opportunity, the accused immediately fled, due to which an atmosphere of panic was created in the area and huge anger is being seen among the people.


Immediately after the incident, the local people admitted the injured student to Pravaranagar Hospital in Loni for treatment. The team of doctors is monitoring his condition and first aid has been started.


It is being told that the victim belongs to a very poor family. After the death of her father, she lives with her mother and grandparents, where the mother works as a laborer and supports the family. This incident has raised questions on the security arrangements and illegal sale of acid in the state after the entire family.


As soon as information about the incident was received, heavy police force including SDPO Dr. Kunal Sonawane and Police Inspector Praveen Salunkhe reached the spot. Police surrounded the area and started investigation and people nearby are being interrogated.


As part of the investigation, the police are scanning the CCTV footage installed nearby and trying to identify the accused. According to officials, the reason behind the attack is not yet clear, but the search for the accused has been intensified.
