All-round development of Bastar is government’s priority.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that all-round development of Bastar region is the biggest priority of the state government. He said that continuous work is being done to provide basic facilities like education, health, roads, electricity and drinking water to every village of Bastar.

Development works are getting security and speed

The Chief Minister said that development work is going on at a rapid pace in Bastar region. Camps of security forces are being established in remote areas, which is providing security as well as speed to the development works.

Benefits of public welfare schemes reach every village

He said that now government ration shops have been established in most of the villages. The benefits of the public welfare schemes of the state government are effectively reaching the common people. The Chief Minister assured that in the coming time Bastar region will be completely Naxal free.

Efforts towards self-reliant Bastar

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the government is continuously moving towards the goal of self-reliant Bastar. For this purpose, the public representatives of Bastar are being given an opportunity to visit the capital, so that they can take inspiration from the development works here and promote development in their areas as well.

Objective of Hamar Chhattisgarh Public Tour Scheme

Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Sharma and concerned officials were present on this occasion. It is noteworthy that under this scheme, about 100 public representatives from various gram panchayats of Sukma district have come on a two-day visit to the capital. During this, he visited important places like Mantralaya, Jungle Safari, Tribal Museum, Railway Station, Airport and Shopping Mall.
