The court clearly said that the misleading and defamatory content published against the Foundation and Sadhguru should be removed immediately.

The High Court ordered ‘Nakiran’ to remove all the controversial videos and articles. Do not publish such content in future. This interim order of the court gives an important message regarding responsibility and truthfulness of facts in the media.

Isha Foundation had filed a petition in the court in December 2025. The foundation alleged that false and misleading news was being spread against him. This was creating hindrance in his social work.

After the verdict, Isha Foundation expressed happiness saying that: Some people were misleading the public without any evidence. The truth has come out through the court’s decision. The Foundation called it a victory for justice and truth.
