New Delhi. Graying of hair with increasing age is a natural process, but in earlier times, people’s hair used to turn white only after the age of 50 years. In today’s modern lifestyle, the situation is such that hair starts turning gray from the age of 20. Dr. Rishi Parashar, Senior Consultant, Dermatologist Department, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, says that the melanin pigment normally present in the hair follicles is not released, causing the hair to turn white. Genes, pollution, lack of nutrients, mental problems, stress, smoking, drinking etc. are responsible for the lack of ejaculation. Be it iron deficiency, Vitamin B-12 deficiency or Vitamin D3 deficiency, hair turns gray quickly. All these can be compensated with powerful things.

4.Wheat grass-To provide complete nutrition to the hair, one should occasionally drink wheat grass or barley grass juice. This grass is also known to detoxify the liver. These contain all the elements needed to nourish the hair.

5. Say no to these things-If you want your hair to always remain black and thick, then you will have to say bye to some things. Such as excess sugar, excessive dairy products, refined flour, packaged food, processed food, unhealthy fat i.e. deep fried foods and animal protein should not be consumed. Image: Canva
