Ingredients: 2 cups *Makhana* (fox nuts), ½ cup roasted peanuts, 1 finely chopped cucumber, 1 tomato, green chili and ginger paste, and mint chutney.
Method: Dry roast the *Makhana* in a bit of ghee until they become crispy. In a large bowl, mix the roasted *Makhana*, peanuts, cucumber, and tomato. Add a spoonful of mint chutney, a pinch of rock salt, and black pepper. Combine everything well and serve immediately to keep the *makhana* crunchy.

Ingredients: 2–3 Sabudana Vadas, 1 cup of thick whisked yogurt, coriander-chili chutney, sweet date chutney, and a little grated ginger.
