Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission has released the official advertisement of UPTET 2026. This notification is available on the Commission's website from March 20, 2026. This time applications have been invited for both primary (class 1 to 5) and upper primary (class 6 to 8) levels.

Chairman of the Commission Dr. Prashant Kumar said that this time, One Time Registration (OTR) system has been implemented to make the recruitment process more transparent and easier. Now candidates will have to first complete OTR, only after that they will be able to apply for UPTET 2026. This will prevent fraud, speed up the application process and make the system more transparent.

According to Deputy Secretary Sanjay Kumar Singh, applications will start from March 27, 2026.

• Last date of Correction: 1 May 2026

UPTET 2026 Exam Date: When will the exam be held?
