Manipal: Continuing their operation against vehicles parked on roads obstructing smooth traffic flow, Manipal police on Saturday locked the wheels of several vehicles parked on the road in front of the KMC Cancer Hospital.

The police stated that they have been conducting this operation to lock the wheels of vehicles parked in 'No Parking' zones for the past few days.
