Rather, the truth is that bread can spoil your overall health. It can kill you. Because it creates pressure on your intestines. Therefore staying away from bread can keep you healthy.


You have to take steps yourself


Dr. Mehta says that if you cannot stop eating bread completely, then start consuming it carefully. You should eat bread only when you have nothing else available. Or you may be feeling very hungry. If you are eating bread then include Isabgol i.e. Psyllium Husk in your diet. It is good to consume Isabgol in the morning on an empty stomach and before sleeping at night. This will keep your intestines clean. If the bread has not been digested then with the help of Isabgol it will easily pass out of the stomach.
