Mint Chutney



Mint cools the body and also helps in digestion. Mix mint leaves, coriander, green chillies, lemon juice, salt and a little curd and grind it. This chutney goes well with parathas, snacks and dal-rice.


Raw mango chutney (mango ki launji or sour chutney)
