A concerning video of Carlos Alcaraz shouting "I can't take it anymore" at the Miami Open has surfaced following his exit in Florida. The world No. 1 suffered his second defeat in three matches when he was beaten by Sebastian Korda.

Alcaraz, 22, was defeated 6-3, 7-6 (7-3) in the semi-final at Indian Wells by Daniil Medvedev on March 14. He appeared to have put that setback behind him in Miami, when he beat Joao Fonseca 6-4, 6-4 in his opening match in Florida.

However, he could not overcome Korda, who won 6-3, 5-7, 6-4 against the current highest rated player in the world. During the match, there was a troubling exchange between Alcaraz and his coach Samuel Lopez.

Shortly after Korda broke Alcaraz's serve towards the end of the first set, the Spaniard turned to his coaching team and began shouting. He yelled: "It's just to make it look better, a 6-3, 6-4 or 6-3, 7-5, something like that. I can't do any more, I can't do any more."

Whilst the Spaniard gesticulated and threw his arms out wide, his team attempted to motivate him and refocus his mind by shouting back: "Come on, go all the way."

Alcaraz then seemed to suggest he was giving up, shouting back: "I can't take it anymore, I want to go home now, man. I can't take it anymore, I can't take it anymore, I can't take it anymore."

Despite his outburst, Alcaraz did not surrender. He elevated his performance in the second set and levelled the match, but fell short in the crucial moments of the decider.

For Korda, it was one of the most significant victories of his career so far and this was apparent in his jubilant reaction to winning. After the match, Alcaraz said: "I think it was a tough match.

"I think Sebi was incredible today. Played such a great game. A lot of tight, tight moments that I just didn't make the most of it.

"I think he was better on that points, on that moments. I would say that was the key of the match. So just congrats to him. I think he deserves it."

The Spaniard added: "Obviously when you're winning tournaments and you have a great win-loss record, I'm feeling they have more to win than to lose in those matches.

"That's why in some moments or during almost the whole match they're playing without pressure. That's the feeling that I get after every match."
