Beloved presenter Zoe Ball made a heartbreaking death admission during her podcast interview with Mel Giedroyc on her programme, Where There's a Will, There's a Wake. During their discussion, Zoe, 55, opened up about her own death as well as losing her mother, Julia Peckham, who died last April following a battle with cancer.

When they were talking about the BBC star's love of Glastonbury Festival, Zoe admitted she wants her ashes scattered at the Shangri-La stage as "it's the place where I've had the most fun with my friends, with my kids". She continued, "If it is summertime, take some of the ashes. I'd quite like to be cremated. I just think bung me in the back of the car. Some of my friends take some of my ashes to Glastonbury, join the festival."

Zoe continued: "I love that place, on the lay lines. I love the idea of on one of the afternoons or evenings or up at Shangri-La. Your mates get together, and everybody has a little bit, and you scatter it around at the rave.

"So you are forever in that fabulous place. Because I've had so much fun there," as she poignantly added: "I love that place."

The star also revealed she still messages her late mother via text, telling Mel: "It's a really lovely thing to be able to text the people that you loved, their numbers are forever in your phone"

The mum-of-two said she'd just been on holiday with her children, Woody and Nelly and saw a shooting star.

"I wished that my mum could be there, and I wished that to myself. Woody looked at me, and he said, 'I know what you just wished.'

"It was that really powerful moment of, she's here. She's everywhere. I go to ring her all the time, to tell her things. I must tell mum that."

Mel, who is one of the stars on Last One Laughing, said she also texts her late mother and finds it a comforting thing to do.
