Scarlette Douglas' Channel 4 programme Can't Sell, Must Sell is set to return for a second series.

The property show - which saw Scarlette and brother Stuart helping homeowners with properties they were finding difficult to sell - proved popular when it launched last year and it has now been announced that a second run has been ordered, reports the Mirror.

A Place in the Sun presenter Scarlette, who appeared in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here in 2022, said: "We're delighted to be back on Channel 4 and to be working with the team at South Shore Wales again."

Her brother Stuart, a former footballer, added: "We love helping home owners whose properties are not selling.

"And in this second series, we've got some incredible tips and transformations to help any house stand out in the market."

The new eight-part series will feature the siblings getting stuck in and utilising their property knowledge to assist homeowners throughout Britain in selling their apparently impossible to shift homes.

A teaser for the upcoming episodes stated: "From eye-watering carpets and years of clutter to tired decor and layouts that have left buyers running for the door these are the properties that are desperately in need of Scarlette and Stuart's help.

"Armed with practical expertise, creative solutions and a healthy dose of elbow grease Scarlette and Stuart will once again do whatever it takes to get these owners moving."

The programme was commissioned for Channel 4 by senior commissioning editor Clemency Green, who remarked: "We're delighted to be bringing Can't Sell, Must Sell back for a second series."

"Scarlette and Stuart bring warmth, credibility and real handson expertise to a property market that many homeowners are finding incredibly challenging," Green continued.

"The first series offered a fresh and entertaining take on the genre, and this new run promises even more practical solutions, bold transformations and genuinely lifechanging outcomes for those struggling to sell."
