New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced a blockbuster home schedule for 2026-27 season on Thursday, March 26. The Men in Blue will host the West Indies, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and Australia in a multi-format schedule. The upcoming home season will have 22 international matches in 17 cities, and will start with the West Indies tour of India, beginning from September 27.

The white-ball tour will feature three ODI matches followed by a five-match T20I series. The ODIs will be played in Trivandrum, Guwahati and New Chandigarh, while Lucknow, Ranchi, Indore, Hyderabad and Bengaluru will host the five T20Is.

The Men in Blue will then face Sri Lanka in December 2026, comprising three ODI games and as many T20Is. The ODI series will start on December 13 in Delhi, and the next two matches will be played in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad, while Rajkot, Cuttack and Pune will host three T20Is.

India will host Zimbabwe for a three-match ODI series, starting on January 3, 2027. The matches will be played in Kolkata, Hyderabad and Mumbai. The home season will end with the high-octane five-match Test series against Australia. The Border-Gavaskar Trophy will begin on January 21, 2027, in Nagpur before the action shifts to Chennai, Guwahati, Ranchi and Ahmedabad.
