Singer-actress Saba Azad has recently been admitted to the hospital due to a serious parasitic infection. The name of this infection is Cyclospora catenensis. Due to this disease his weight has decreased very rapidly. In just two weeks his weight has reduced by about 4 kg. To tell people about her difficult situation, Saba shared a post on Instagram. In this post, he put a picture of himself lying on the hospital bed and also wrote a very long and emotional note along with it.

In the post, Saba wrote that these have been the worst 14 days of her life. Addressing the parasite directly, he said, ‘Cyclospora catenensis, you are such a disgusting insect.’ Saba told that she always eats home-cooked food and carries a water bottle with her everywhere. Yet this infection came upon him suddenly. That too at the same time when he was having his busiest schedule of the year.

He told about his condition. He wrote, ‘I lost 4 kg of weight in two weeks, which I did not want at all. Now I can hardly walk. Till a few days ago, I used to exercise twice a day, doing pull-ups and lifting heavy weights. But now I am halfway done. I don’t have the strength left to even lift a small toothpick, leave alone a heavy weight.’

In this post, Saba laid a lot of emphasis on food hygiene. He appealed to his followers to wash vegetables and salad leaves very thoroughly. He said, ‘For the health of your stomach, wash salads and vegetables as if your entire life depends on it because sometimes it really is.’

Saba also told her new trick. She said that now she uses baking soda to wash vegetables. In the post, Saba also specially thanked her boyfriend actor Hrithik Roshan. He wrote that Hrithik supported him a lot in difficult times. Hrithik not only clicked his picture but also kept his irritable mood happy and finds comedy in every difficult situation. Saba tagged @hrithikroshan and expressed her heartfelt thanks.
