Aam Panna Mocktail


Material


Mango-2 raw (boiled)
Sugar or jaggery – 3–4 teaspoons
Roasted cumin powder-½ teaspoon
Black salt-as per taste
mint leaves
cold water


Method of preparation


Take out the pulp of boiled mango and add sugar, cumin powder, black salt and mint to it and blend it. Add cold water to it and mix well. Add ice and serve.


Lemon Mint Cooler


Material


Lemon juice-2
Mint leaves-8–10
Honey or sugar-2 teaspoons
soda or cold water
Ice


Method of preparation


Lightly crush mint and honey in a glass. Then add lemon juice and add soda or water on top. Add ice and serve chilled.


Watermelon Mint Mocktail


Material


Watermelon pieces – 2 cups
Mint leaves-5–6
Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
some black salt


Method of preparation


Blend all the ingredients and filter. Add ice to cool. This drink is very hydrating and light.


Pineapple Ginger Fizz


Material


Pineapple juice-1 cup
Ginger juice-½ teaspoon
Honey-1 spoon
soda
Ice


Method of preparation


Mix pineapple juice, ginger juice and honey. Pour soda on top and add ice and mix well. Light spicy and fresh taste is ready.
