Semolina Uttapam: Semolina Uttapam can prove to be a perfect option for breakfast. A good amount of nutrients are found in semolina uttapam, which can have a positive effect on your health. For your information, let us tell you that to make semolina uttapam, one cup i.e. 250 grams semolina, half cup curd, half teaspoon salt, 2 carrots grated or finely chopped, 2 tomatoes finely chopped, one capsicum finely chopped, 2 onions finely chopped and 2 tablespoons of refined oil will be required.
Step 1- First of all, take semolina in a big size vessel. Now add curd, salt and half cup of water in the same vessel.
Second step- You have to beat all these things well. Now cover the vessel and let the solution rest for about 20 minutes so that the semolina swells.
Third Step- After this, grate the carrot and finely chop the capsicum, tomato, onion and green chilli.
Fourth step- Turn on the gas and heat the pan. Now reduce the flame to medium to low and spread the batter a little thickly on the pan.
Fifth Step- After about half a minute, spread all the chopped vegetables over the batter and cover it for a minute so that the uttapam gets cooked properly.
Sixth Step- When the uttapam turns brown from the bottom side, turn it over and cook the other side for half a minute.
