Australia wrapped up a series sweep with a convincing nine-wicket victory over the West Indies in the third ODI at Basseterre on Thursday (April 2). Thanks to a stellar five-wicket performance from leg-spinner Alana King, Australia bowled the hosts out for a meager 136, chasing down the target with over 30 overs to spare.

The West Indies opted to bat first and got off to a decent start, reaching 49/1 during the Powerplay. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse as they found themselves at 78/5 by the 19th over.

Aside from a 38-run opening partnership, the only notable collaboration was a 37-run stand between Realeanna Grimmond and Chinelle Henry. Grimmond fell to King in the 27th over, and the innings fell apart from there, with the lower order offering little resistance. Henry was left stranded on 42 as the West Indies crumbled to 136 in just 35.4 overs.
