Liverpool icon Mohamed Salah has become one of the most famous faces in world football during his glittering career with the Reds. After arriving from Roma in 2017, few expected the impact the winger would have on the club and the English game.

Under JurgenKlopp and Arne Slot, Salah has won two Premier League titles, the Champions League, the FA Cup, two Carabao Cups, the UEFA Super Cup, the FIFA Club World Cup, and the Community Shield. He has also won a host of personal accolades.

However, after almost nine years, his time at the club is set to come to an end in the summer, following his decision to leave earlier this month. With his global status comes massive wealth and luxury. Here, Mirror Football takes a closer look at the man dubbed 'The Egyptian King', from his net worth to his personal life.

Salah's net worth

According to Celebrity Net Worth, Salah's net worth stands at £68million. His income stems from his lucrative Liverpool contracts, which have seen him earn at least £18m per year since 2022 and roughly £10m per year since 2018.

While Salah is now in the last few months of his life on Merseyside, he only signed on to extend his stay with Liverpool for another two years in May 2025. That deal was reportedly worth a stunning £350,000 per week.

He also has several endorsement deals with global brands, including Adidas, Pepsi, Vodafone, and Audi. It's also understood that when image rights and commercial activities are taken into account, Salah can earn a further £1m per week.

Stunning house

Salah is believed to reside in Cheshire's exclusive 'golden triangle' area. The forward has converted his home to accommodate his rigorous fitness routine.

The house is noted for having extensive workout facilities, including multiple gym rooms, a hyperbaric chamber, and cryotherapy. Salah often shares photos from inside the property, which features a huge garden and plenty of spacious living areas.

Every Christmas, he posts pictures of his family in front of a Christmas tree and also marks Eid with his household. Other footballers known to live in the luxurious 'golden triangle' are Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk and Man City star Erling Haaland.

Wife's complaint

While Salah and his partner Magi are happily married, the Liverpool star's long-term partner is said to have one complaint: the surgical-looking house they both share.

Magi has remained a devoted companion to the Egyptian icon and is the mother to their two daughters, Makka and Kayan. Salah, 32, met Magi when the pair were school kids living in the Egyptian village of Basion Gharbia.

However, in an interview with France Football, Salah opened up on the areas of his home he has dedicated to his personal fitness, to his wife's dismay.

"Two rooms in our house are dedicated to different fitness machines, bodybuilding," he explained. "At home I can also do cryotherapy, there is a hyperbaric chamber. I am constantly looking to improve my physical condition. It's true that I like to say that my house looks like a hospital, [but] my wife doesn't like that! [She] says that I spend more time with my machines than with her!"

It underscores the extent of their union that Magi has embraced the clinical atmosphere of their mansion to maximise her husband's playing career.
