TRAI isn't buying Jio's reasons for limiting access and says it's unfair if some plans are only for certain devices or users.
The regulator wants every plan available to everyone, no matter what phone they use.
If Jio doesn't follow these rules (which actually go back to a 1999 order about fairness), it could face penalties.
