Recently Amitabh Bachchan shared his thoughts regarding work in his blog. He told that if he does not work even for a day, he starts feeling restless. Even at the age of 83, his dedication shows that work is not just a profession for him, but a habit and passion.

In his blog he wrote that when a day passes without work, he feels strange and unbalanced. He believes that a fixed daily schedule and work habits keep life organized. If this routine is broken, the day begins to feel like a jumbled puzzle.

Amitabh Bachchan also said that when things do not go as per our habit, discomfort and anxiety can increase in the mind. In such a situation, it is important that we keep our mind calm and accept every situation easily.

While advising the people, he said that living in worry is harmful for both mind and body. Therefore, it is better that we keep our daily routine balanced and stay away from unnecessary worries.

Talking about the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was recently seen in Kalki 2898 AD, in which his character Ashwatthama was highly appreciated by the audience. The film was directed by Nag Ashwin and also starred Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Haasan in important roles.
