According to experts, menopause also depends on women’s body and lifestyle. The process of menopause can last from 4 to 10 years. During this period, women’s periods become irregular or stop. Apart from this, bleeding starts again after some time. Return of periods after menopause is called post-menopausal bleeding, which can be an alarm bell. The risk of cervical and breast cancer increases during menopause. According to experts, if a woman’s periods continue even after 50 years, then she should keep getting her checkups done every year.
