Mumbai: The Bombay High Court has ordered filmmaker Santosh Kumar to restrain himself from repeating allegations of script theft of ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’. This important interim order was issued by the court of Justice Arif Doctor on Wednesday, 8 April 2026. Director Aditya Dhar had filed a defamation case in this matter.

Aditya Dhar said that Santosh Kumar is accusing him without any solid evidence, which is damaging his filmmaking reputation. The court saw the case in favor of Aditya Dhar and gave relief to Santosh Kumar saying that he cannot repeat the allegations or make similar statements till the next hearing.

The clear direction of the court is – ‘Till the next date, the defendant (Santosh Kumar) is restrained from repeating the words, statements and other similar allegations mentioned in the case.’ The next hearing of the case will be on April 16.
