New Delhi: At least three people lost their lives, and more than 15 others sustained injuries after a tractor-trolley dived nearly 100 feet into a gorge in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. The trolley was reportedly carrying 35 devotees on Friday, April 10.
The rescue team immediately rushed to the scene and rescued several injured, including women and children. Locals also came out to help the devotees and rushed them to a nearby hospital.
The devotees were from Kapurthala in Punjab, and the incident happened near the Radha Swami Satsang Bhawan on National Highway 503, when the vehicle lost control at a sharp turn and fell off the road.
