The story begins when Tulsi finds Noina's medicine in the trash. She asks Noina why she threw it away. Noina admits that Tulsi has caught her, and her secret is out. She starts coughing badly. Noina tells Tulsi that she has done many bad things, and Tulsi cannot trust her. Noina says she is very sick and will die soon. She explains that she stopped taking her medicine because she wants a normal life and does not want to live anymore. She says Mihir hates marrying her, which makes her not want to live. Suchi talks about how important Noina's life is. Noina says she might do bad things. Tulsi understands and tells Suchi that Noina must take her medicine on time. Tulsi leaves, and Suchi feels happy. Suchi asks if Tulsi will believe them. Noina says yes, Tulsi will trust us. Noina wants to marry Mihir very soon.
Pari goes to see Mihir, who is very upset. Mihir tells Pari he is doing this because of Tulsi. Pari says she understands—Mihir is being forced to marry Noina. Mihir tells Pari that Ajay loves her, so he does not want to marry anyone. Pari says her past is holding her back and that both of them are in the same situation.

Tulsi also feels something is wrong. She tells Munni to take Noina and Suchi to the TV room and find out what is going on. Munni does what Tulsi says. Tulsi thinks Noina is hiding something. Munni takes them to another room.

Mihir sees the blood and asks where it came from. Noina cleans it up quickly. Pari sends Mihir away. Munni is confused and tries to calm Noina down. Munni asks Pari to help with makeup, and Pari goes to get it.
Tulsi rushes to the hospital before the wedding startsTulsi knows she is running out of time and needs to find the truth. Noina asks Tulsi where she is going. Tulsi says she is going to the factory to check materials. Noina tells her to send someone else instead. Tulsi says she will come back soon. Noina reminds Tulsi of her promise. Tulsi says she will be back before the wedding. Munni takes Noina away. Tulsi tells Munni she found two different reports. Tulsi tells Munni she will go to the hospital to find out what is really going on.
