However, these tests can't account for factors like sedentary time, water intake, stress, and sleep and eating patterns. This is why problems persist even when the results are normal.


What to do to reduce headaches


These headaches can be largely cured without heavy medication. Drink plenty of water; even mild dehydration can cause headaches. Additionally, maintain good posture. Sit upright, keep the screen at eye level, and take breaks every 30 to 40 minutes. Eat a balanced diet three to four times a day; avoid skipping meals. Get into the habit of going to bed and waking up at the same time every day.
