How to make Spicy Crispy Aloo Chaat


First, grease the baking tray with oil. Then boil the potatoes and press them with the help of a glass. Apply some oil on the pressed potatoes also. Now bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.


When the potatoes become crispy, prepare the chaat. Place the potatoes in a plate and add gram, chaat masala, curd, sweet chutney, green chutney, onion and coriander over it.
