6. Will Vande Bharat Sleeper Train change the long distance game?
Railways is going to start 12 new Vande Bharat sleeper trains. These trains will make the distance of 1000–1500 km fast, comfortable and economical. These will have hi-tech facilities, better seats and advanced safety system. Their specialty:
- 16 coaches, 1128 seats
- Speed up to 180 km/h
- Airline-like convenience and high safety
- USB Charging, CCTV, Modern Toilet
Its fare is expected to be much less than the flight, due to which common people will also be able to travel fast and comfortably.
