  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond milk)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

How to Make Chia Pudding

  • Cover this mixture and keep it in the refrigerator for 4–5 hours or overnight.
