A delivery services business founded in 2021 has appointed liquidators. Quiver Delivery was on Monday, April 13, appointed Ian Michael Rose and Paul Mallatratt, both of Abbey Taylor Jones Limited, as liquidators, a government gazette announced on Thursday.

The London and Paris-based business provided an emission-free delivery service. The service is focused on helping retailers to give same-hour, same-day or next-day delivery to customers. The business, founded in August 2021, had the intention "to be the physical connection between brands and their customers."

Its website posed the question to users: "When was the last time that you had a satisfactory delivery experience? Your order arrived where you wanted it, when you wanted it?"

The Mirror also added the business received a series of mixed reviews for its services. The newspaper reported that one user wrote in January: "Next day delivery doesn't mean next day. Twice in the last month I've ordered something that shipped next day through them and on the day it was supposed to arrive, they hadn't even put it into the tracking system."

Another wrote in June last year: "Absolutely terrible service. I selected next day delivery - didn't turn up. The following day: no delivery. The following day: no delivery. Still waiting."

Positive reviews included one from March of this year: "Great communication and service. My item was delivered during the promised time window, and tracking updates were provided throughout the process."

Another user wrote in October 2025: "First time I'd heard of quiver but a good experience. Very fast. Courier rang up to make sure I was there and received the package and was friendly. Hoping the green credentials are good too, but haven't checked! Glad Quiver was chosen and will look out for them in future."
