Khiladi Kumar in Bollywood started his career with action films and has maintained the same style even today. This is why fans consider him as a true action hero. However, this hobby has often turned out to be dangerous for him. In a recent interview, he revealed that he narrowly escaped death’s door three times during filming.

Currently seen in the horror-comedy film ‘Bhoot Bangla’ Akshay Kumarhas revealed that he still does most of his stunts himself and rarely uses a body double. This often makes the situation difficult. Recalling the dangerous accidents he had during the making of the three films, he said there were moments when he felt it was impossible to read. At one point his condition was so bad that he could have been split in two, but fate cooperated.

Shocking experiences of Akshay Kumar

First, Akshay recounted an old anecdote from his 1993 film Sainik. He explained that in one scene he had to walk from one building to another with the help of a wire. At first he thought that this work would be easy and he could do it easily. But when he reached the middle, his arms began to tire. He also lost his balance. He almost fell down. At that moment, he thought he would actually fall.

Another dangerous accident happened during the shooting of the movie ‘International Khiladi’. Akshay said that in this scene, he was hanging on to a boat and a catamaran was coming towards him very fast. The plan was for our boat to pass through the catamaran at the right time. However, a small mistake could have led to a major accident. Akshay said that even a small mistake on that day would have split half of his body apart.

The third incident is from the movie ‘Khiladi 786’. In one scene, Akshay Kumar was supposed to land directly in a hot air balloon from a helicopter. The stunt was as spectacular as it was dangerous. Even a small mistake could have put his life in danger. Akshay Kumar himself explained that the air was unstable while performing the stunt, which could have caused him to lose control. He said that his life was really in danger at that moment, but everything turned out fine in the end.

Twinkle is afraid of a dangerous stunt

When Akshay Kumar was asked why he still does such dangerous stunts and if his wife, Twinkle Khanna, doesn’t discourage him, he said with a smile. Akshay said that Twinkle is used to these things now. He explained that she used to be very scared and nervous, but over time she has realized that it is a necessary part of her job. However, even today she worries about his safety.
