Shribhoomi: The long closed Dullabhchhada–Badarpur (train number 55689) local train service has been restarted in Shribhoomi district. Due to closure of service on this important route, there was huge dissatisfaction and serious inconvenience among the passengers for the last few days. Hundreds of employees, students and businessmen travel on this route every day. In such a situation, the sudden stoppage of train service had a major impact on local life and pressure on alternative transport systems also increased.

After the news regarding this matter was published in the media and on the active initiative of aware citizens, it was discussed with the railway officials. After this it was decided to restart the service on Friday, April 17. According to the Railway Department, keeping in mind the convenience of the passengers, the service on this route has been normalized again. The region has also expressed gratitude towards the media and local citizens for their cooperation in this process. Passengers have heaved a sigh of relief with the resumption of service and have expressed satisfaction over the speedy resolution of the problem.
