As a health and fitness expert, I need terms and definitions that are common in the field and align with developing standards. Based on my experience, I have noticed that different words have somewhat specific meanings, which affects their interpretation.
The purpose of this article is to explain health- terms and clarify the differences between them. When using the ideas of wellness and health, it is important to note that these terms such as physical fitness, well-being and other concepts often get mixed up with each other.
Although these terms fall under the broader umbrella of health and physical health, there are differences in their approaches – both traditional and modern. Surprisingly, the context of these terms is often unclear, and their usage lacks consistency, leading to confusion.
Does health take into account all aspects to health? Does it limit well-being? no way. Therefore, we need to understand the depth behind these words.
