Gram flour curry: Whenever it comes to vegetables, potato, cabbage or paneer curry is prepared daily in most of the houses. It is natural to get bored of eating the same vegetables every day. Bhurji is not only made of eggs but also of gram flour and its taste is absolutely amazing. So, let us know how to make gram flour bhurji?
Ingredients for Besan Bhurji:
Half cup gram flour, 2 onions, 1 tomato, 1 capsicum, half tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tsp chopped green chillies, red chilli powder, half tsp coriander powder, half tsp red chilli powder, half tsp Kashmiri chilli masala, Kasoori fenugreek, salt as per taste, 50 grams paneer, chopped coriander.
How to make gram flour bhurji?
Step 1: To make gram flour bhurji, first lightly fry half a cup of gram flour on medium flame. After roasting, add water to gram flour and make a thin batter.
Step 2: Now, chop all the vegetables including onion, 1 tomato, 1 capsicum very finely.
Step 3: Now turn on the gas and place a pan on it. After that temper it with cumin, garlic, ginger and green chilli. When it starts crackling, add finely chopped vegetables to it.
Fourth Step: When the vegetables are cooked, add red chilli powder, half teaspoon coriander powder, half teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon Kashmiri chilli masala, kasoori methi, salt as per taste and mix well.
Step 5: Now, add gram flour to it and stir well and cover it with another vessel and mash it well after a few minutes.
Sixth Step: Finally garnish with finely chopped green coriander. Your gram flour bhurji is ready.
